SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Charges are determined by the weight and size of your items, number of packages, and your delivery zip code. The final charge for shipping will appear at the end of your transaction. For a shipping estimate, please add the desired product to your cart.
We will email you both when we receive your order and when it is shipped. If you do not receive an email confirming the receipt of your order then your order did not get to us contact email@example.com for further information.
Majority of the items displayed on this site will ship within 24 hours. Customers will be notified if products are back ordered or shipping will be delayed.
ANY CLAIMS FOR SHORTAGES OR GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT MUST BE MADE WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS OF SHIPMENT ARRIVAL.
Return & Exchange Policy
Our return policy lasts 15 days for new items. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Opened computer software, movies, music or video games can only be exchanged for an identical item.
All "Final Sale" merchandise cannot be returned. Other nonreturnable purchases include digital content, prepaid cards, gift cards, gift packaging, memberships, completed services, opened consumable items including batteries, ink and 3D printer filament, and items returned that are damaged, unsanitary or missing major contents.
Custom and personalized orders made especially for you are nonreturnable. Custom Order items are items where a customer has requested specific attributes (e.g., finish, color, size) or where a manufacturer builds only to order.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Used | Refurbished | Open Box Items
You can only exchange used/refurbished items within 5 days of delivery if an alternative item is available. We will do everything we can to make sure you are satisfied with your order, so please do not hesitate to contact us. Some used/refurbished items come with the manufacturer’s warranty in which case you can contact the manufacturer or you can contact us and we can arrange service for you if applicable.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 5-7 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will provide instructions on how to exchange the item, you are responsible for return shipping cost.
If the item was a gift, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your return. If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide an RMA and instructions on how to return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Please make sure that all data has been removed and the device is no longer linked to any cloud account or to any other device so that we may accept the return of this product.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
*If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective, or that is not the product you ordered, contact us at email@example.com. We will cover all reasonable and customary ground shipping fees for this situation, ANY CLAIMS FOR SHORTAGES OR GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT MUST BE MADE WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS OF SHIPMENT ARRIVAL.
